August 9 is a VIP integration experience. The summit is co-hosted by Be Humanitarian and brought to you by Humanity Driven Leadership, founded by Dr. Heather Kidwell — a Doctor of Strategic Leadership specializing in burnout, depletion, and sustainable high performance.

Dr. Heather Kidwell is the founder of Humanity Driven Leadership and the researcher behind Convergent Depletion Syndrome (CDS) — her clinically grounded framework describing what happens when high-achieving people hit the wall that performing harder can't fix. Holding a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, Dr. Kidwell spent 15+ years inside corporate America as a transformation lead and executive coach before founding HDL to serve the people the traditional wellness industry consistently overlooks: the ones still producing, still showing up, still leading — while running completely empty inside.

Her mission extends beyond coaching. Dr. Kidwell is committed to bringing widespread awareness to the real-world impact of CDS and to getting it clinically recognized — so that the millions of people living with it have access to the healing and treatment support they deserve, not just the willpower advice they keep being handed.
