The Old Ellicott Cup is Fun With A Charitable Backbone
Bubble hockey isn't just a kid's game. Or a bar game. It's a fun game, played by cool people who want to play for a cause and to prove that they are among the best players (and also the best people) in the game. Getting many of us together on a Saturday is a feat unto itself, but doing so to benefit a charity in the Howard County area is even better.
The Old Ellicott Cup is America's favorite bubble hockey tournament, not because we need to be the best, but because we hope to showcase the sport of bubble hockey in the best light, because we love what the game has always been about: fun.
If you love bubble hockey, then this is the event for you. TOEC celebrates everything great about the game while looking to the future of competitive play. We won’t just line up for competition; we consider skill and excitement to come hand-in-hand.

Can you take down the top players in the Mid-Atlantic region?
As other tournaments pop up, we see that the game is growing!
This model is working: philanthropy through bubble hockey, as a concept, works. In all, this is about getting a whole bunch of cool people together to have a fun time. Bringing together some of the top bubble hockey players in the US of A to put together one of the most competitive tournaments around, The Old Ellicott Cup seeks to create an environment unlike anything else. Our goal is to create a funky vibe this season with a modern twist, something that will appeal to many players and potential sponsors.
All this while partnered with the great group at the National Bubble Hockey Association and we're sure to see great success this year.
